Zhejiang Huazheng New Materials Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Huazheng New Materials"), founded in 2003, is a holding member of Huali Group. It is one of the earliest enterprises engaged in the research and development and production of epoxy-clad copper plate in China, and has won the title of "Excellent National Brand Enterprise in China's printed circuit Industry" for five consecutive years.

On January 3, 2017, Huazeng New Materials (stock code: 603186) was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system, IATF16949 automotive board quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system certification, mainly engaged in the design, research and development, production and sales of copper clad plate (including bonded sheet), composite materials (including functional composite materials and composite materials for transportation and logistics) and membrane materials. The products have passed China CQC, the United States UL certification and meet the EU REACH, ROHS standards, and are widely used in 5G communications, servers, data centers, semiconductor packaging, new energy vehicles, smart home appliances, medical equipment, rail transit, green logistics and other fields.

By the end of 2023, Huacheng has more than 2,300 employees and 275 valid national patents, including 113 invention patents, 148 utility model patents, 14 appearance patents, and 23 national and industry standards. It has won the titles of China Famous Trademark, National high-tech Enterprise, excellent national brand of China printed circuit industry, Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, National Enterprise Technology Center, Zhejiang Provincial Key Enterprise Research Institute, etc.

In March 2003, Huazheng New Materials was established.

2005

In November 2005, Hangzhou Liansheng Insulation Material Co., Ltd. was established.

2009

In March 2009, Huacheng New Materials won the title of "National High-tech Enterprise".

2010

In October 2010, the Research and Development Department was established. In the same year, the company successfully developed the first generation of SMART COVER products and continued to iterate. Now it has become the main supplier of SMART COVER products for APPLE＇s iPAD in the world.

2012

In February 2012, Hangzhou Huaju Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was established.

2013

In 2013, it was certified as a provincial enterprise R&D center.

2014

In 2014, CNAS accredited laboratory.

2017

In 2017, Huazheng New Materials A-share listing, logged in the capital market; At the end of the same year, Huazheng New Materials Hangzhou Qingshan Lake base was put into operation, entering the fast track of development.

In 2018, some models of high-frequency high-speed materials of Huazheng passed the certification of many top terminal enterprises.

In 2020, Huazheng Qingshanhu Base will be put into the second phase of construction, Zhuhai base will be launched, and Huangshi Base will be launched. In December, Huazheng won the honor of "National Enterprise Technology Center".

In 2021, the second phase of Qingshan Lake will be put into operation.

2022

In 2022, Zhuhai base officially put into operation in June; In July, the joint venture company "Zhongke Huazheng" was established with Shenzhen Electronic Materials Research Institute.
