主要特性/General properties
拉挤件是由不饱和聚酯或环氧乙烯基等玻璃纤维材料经特殊的模具拉挤而成型的制品，具有较高的机械强度，介电强度及耐电压高，吸水率低，尺寸公差稳定，翘曲度小等特点。
可以根据产品的尺寸来开模具一次成型（ex：U型、L型、C型、I型、工字型、T型、◎型、□型、◯型等各种形状），效率高、成品率高、成本相较于加工会更低，适合批量生产产品。
Pultrusion parts are made of epoxy glass fiber material such as unsaturated polyester or epoxy vinyl ester resin through special pultrusion mould .The properties are as below :high mechanical strength, high dielectric strength and voltage resistance, low water absorption ,stable size with good tolerance ,minimum warp etc.
The products can be made to any parts according to requirement ((ex: U shape, L, C shape, 工 shape, T shape,◎ shape, □ shape ,◯ shape,ect.)It is a better way than CNC because of the high efficiency, high yield, low cost ,which is more suitable for mass production.
